What is virtual staging?
Let home buyers or renters imagine the potential of your listing. Virtual staging allows you to transform empty rooms into a fully furnished and decorated home, at a fraction of the cost, effort and time of real staging.
Seattle real estate market is competitive. If you are looking to showcase a vacant property’s potential, virtual staging might just be the perfect solution. Our dedicated virtual stager uses sophisticated software to place meticulously-photographed, photo-realistic furniture and decor into the photos of empty rooms. Frequently Asked Questions
-

For residential real estate and personal rentals, the price is $55/photo.
-

Virtual staging takes an additional business day.
-
Which rooms should I stage?
To let your potential buyers or renters imagine what your space can offer, you want to stage the most used and important areas of the house. We recommend staging, at a minimum, the living/family room, the formal dining room and the primary bedroom. Special-use spaces, like the home office, a study, an entertainment room or a home theater, would be good candidates for staging as well.
Small rooms, like secondary bedrooms, are not necessary to stage, since virtual furniture would make the rooms look even smaller. There is not much staging that can be done to bathrooms or close-ups of kitchen photos, so skip staging them as well.

2. After the shoot, we send you edited but unstaged photos.
3. Select the photos you want us to stage and the furniture style.

Should I stage my empty house?
After photography, staging is one of the easiest ways to add value to a listing and get more people looking at it. Staging focuses on the potential, not the present.
Help your buyers imagine how they would feel inside your house, what possibilities it offers. Illustrate what the property can offer without requiring a complete makeover. A well-staged home ensures that buyers see it in its very best light. In an industry where making a great first impression makes all the difference, it’s easy to see how staging has become an integral part of the selling process.
Why stage virtually?
Staging a house with real furniture and decor typically costs several thousand dollars. It takes time to arrange for the stager’s appointment. At the peak of the season, it can take weeks to get a house staged.
Virtual staging is a minuscule fraction of that cost and takes only a couple of days to do. Time and money saved!
